A beginner's mindset can create miracles in your life

Watch the video here

If right now you are in a moment in your life where there's a lot of uncertainty, anxiety, or overwhelm, I have something for you.

Reverend Michael Beckwith says:

“When you stand and throw your hands up in the air and say ‘I don't know’, you are in a space of power.”

I believe that being open to learning, and having what I call a beginner's mindset, can create miracles in your life.

So my invitation for you is to adopt a beginner's mindset with these three steps:

1. Spark your curiosity

It is through curiosity that you can tap into new teachings, ideas and possibilities. Leave worry aside and let curiosity take its place.

Ask yourself things like…

How can this work for me?

What can I learn?

How can I grow?

Become the student of life. Learn as if you never knew anything.

2. Be gentle with yourself

It's so easy to be judgmental of ourselves, of our own unfoldment and of the things we do. We feel it is never enough!

Mariam Williamson says, “If you don't feel enough, nothing will ever be enough.”

And how do we feel enough? We start with gentleness and tenderness.

3. Expect miracles!

Don't expect things from others, but open up to receiving miracles from Source. Walk the world as if something magical was about to happen.

Miracles happen all the time, but we can't see them when we force our intellectual minds to try to fix it all.

When we walk through life with a beginner’s mindset, with an empty cup, with the humility to sit, listen and learn, that's when we can see the miracles.

So what can you do today to spark your curiosity and to be more gentle with yourself? Are you willing to open up to receive magical miracles?

“The man who knows it all, cannot learn anything.”
