Three questions to ignite your soul's desires

Do you want to connect with your soul on a deeper level? Is this part of your new year's intentions, but you don't know how to begin?
If you're thinking… Yes, that's me! Keep on reading, I have something for you.
Questions are one of my favorite things. I know it may sound a bit weird but questions, when they are of high vibration, can ignite our soul's desires. They can launch us into dreaming without limitations.
A few days ago a dear client asked me, how can I have more constructive conversations with people? And I said, ask high quality questions.
If you want to have more powerful conversations, to gain clarity about what you want in life, and to deepen your connection to your soul, ask yourself these 3 questions.
1. Without limitations, what do you want in your life?
We are so used to playing small, to seeing the circumstances and the facts and using all that against us. But how about you give yourself permission to play with the idea of you being limitless? What are your soul's deepest, most secret desires?
And here's the beautiful thing, you don't have to know the how, as my teacher Reverend Michael Beckwith says:
“Let the how be the wow. Let the Universe surprise you"
So sit with this question, let your imagination expand and think...
What if I had no limitations?
2. What do I need to be happy daily?
In my case, I know I have to do self-care first thing in the morning, if I don't, my energy drops. You probably hear this all the time, but it's important to remember that our well being matters. Someone I admire very much told me once…
“We want to attend to ourselves first not because we are selfish, but because we want to be powerful.”
Think of the simplest things. Hydrating, lowering stress, working out, spending quality time with your family.
It's important that you find out what are the little things that make you happy, and start doing them daily.
3. What can I do daily to maintain a positive and strong mindset?
Mindset is key. Let me give you an example.
For me, keeping a good balance between giving and receiving is very important. I tend to be a giver and oftentimes, life reminds me that everything is a perfect cycle and that I need to keep a balance.
So think about what keeps you engaged. Perhaps it’s learning new things or having a good work-life balance.
I've started a journal with these three questions and I can tell you it's very powerful. I'm sure you could get some very insightful answers too!
So if you do, share it in the comments below, I'd love to read you!
With love,
Paola
